ROOTED is the first 12-week pathway for THE FEW. It helps establish the relationships, spiritual rhythms, biblical foundations, and ownership students need before moving deeper.
You do not need to teach all twelve weeks perfectly. You need to prepare, know your students, open Scripture, ask good questions, pray together, and keep showing up.

How To Use The Lessons
Prepare the lesson. Don't perform the lesson.
These gatherings give you structure, but the Student Shepherd still needs to know the students in the room.
Read Ahead
Open the lesson before the gathering. Read the Scripture, understand the main idea, and know where the conversation is going.
Make It Yours
Use your own voice. Add a personal story or example when it genuinely helps.
Ask + Listen
Do not rush through every question. Let students answer, think, disagree, and process.
Pray
Leave room for the Holy Spirit. Do not make prayer an afterthought because the lesson ran long.
Keep It Simple
A repeatable weekly rhythm.
Students do not need a completely different format every week. A healthy rhythm creates safety, participation, and expectation.

Open Scripture and establish one clear biblical truth.

Ask good questions and give students room to process what they are hearing.
